Zhong Hang Huiteng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (“HT” for short) established in Baoding National New & High-tech Industry Zone in 18th Jan 2001. Now HT's registered capital reaches 3.6 Million RMB. HT mainly develops and manufactures series of wind turbine blade and related GRP components. HT has completed the development and commercialization for 14 kinds of blade in 9 types, including 600kw, 750kW, 1.0MW, 1.2MW, 1.25MW, 1.3MW, 1.5MW（34m and 38m） 2.0MW, and 2.5MW.Now HT has four workshops, and the total area is 258001 m2.
The first workshop: Began manufacture in 2002, construction area is 8000m2.
The second workshop: Began manufacture in 2006, construction area is 8500m2.
The third workshop: April, 2007 began manufacture; construction area is 16000m2.
The fourth workshop: Expected begin manufacture in November 2008; constru ction area is 23000m2.
To meet demands of wind farms in North，Northeast，Northwest and South of China, lower transportation costs and reduce blade damages by transport, HT has tried to found workshops near the wind farms. The workshop of HT in Chengde city was put in use in April 2006.
