The company that specializes in manufacture and installation of wind power equipment，was established in October, 2007 and its registered capital is 50 million RMB. Its main scope of business includes wind farm development, wind power equipment research, manufacture and field installation. Its products are consisted of wind towers and tower accessories such as flanges, stators, rotors as well as packaged transformer and transducer etc. Besides those, it also carries on field erection of wind turbine. Meanwhile, the company is cooperating with Beijing Wise Welding Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Jiaotong University New Energy Research Institute to study on Wind Turbines Yawing System, Frequency Conversion System and Control System etc. The National Wind Power Lab and the Wind Power Equipment Measuring Center are under construction now. It was awarded with ISO9000 Certificate in June, 2008. The Dongying company has 198,000m2 areas，108,000 m2 for tower manufacture and pre-installation, another 90,000 m2 for sand-blasting and raw-material & tower storage.It contains 4,772m2 construction area and 30,100m2 workshops (including 6 painting booths, the size of each is 30m×7m×7m, 3 shot blasting booths, which size is 35m×8m×7m and so on) as well as 19,980 m2 tower storage areas. Annual production capacity of Dongying company can reach to 120,000 t. And it can manufacture at least 800 sets of Multi-MW wind towers per year. Zhongkai Techpark occupies 130,000 m2，mainly for production of flanges, packaged transformers and transducers as well as R&D of four wind power control systems,and it will go into operation in 2009. Chifeng Wind Tower Factory has been under construction since December, 2008 and go into operation in September, 2009, which annual production is 300 set minimum.
The company has established great relationships with many large-scale enery development companys in China such as Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd, China Guodian Electric Power Corporation, China Guodian Longyuan Electric Power Group Corporation, China Huaneng Group, HECIC New-Energy Co.Ltd. And it has been certified by some wind turbine manufacturers such as Suzlon Energy Ltd, Gamesa Wind (Tianjin) Co., Ltd and Goldwind Science& Technology Co., Ltd, Sinovel and Hewind etc.
The company has 450 employees, which includes 62 professional technicians, in which one Professor-grade Engineer ,one senior Engineer, 5 Intermediate Engineer ; 5 full-time certified inspection operators, which contain 3 NDT personnel, each of them has level II certificate issued by AQSIQ (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People’s Republic of China.). It also has 242 skilled workers, including 46 welders; therein 21 of them have Certificates for Boiler & Pressure Vessel Welding.
The company has over 210 main production equipment now, including 80*3000 and 50*3000 NC Rolling Machines, BODA-700S& BODA-400S Cutting Machines, DC-1000 Lincon SAMW , MZ-1000I SAMW, C3205 Belgium X-Ray Detector, HS600 Recording UT Instrument as well as some advanced special equipment and facilities for wind tower manufacture such as 80t welding positioner for wind tower assembly, EASY-LASER D600 Laser Detector, LEICA Laser Rangefinder, TR200 Digital Roughness Meter, German DAR Film Thicknessmeter, High-pressure Airless Spraying Machine, Arc Wire Zinc-spraying Machine, Radial Drilling Machine and Steel-plate Pre-treatment Set etc.
