Shanghai Clean Energy Research and Industry Promotion Center (SCEC) was founded on May18th 2006, at the request of “Clean Energy Technology Plan” jointly made by China Ministry of Science &Technology and Shanghai Municipality.Shanghai has to urge the institutional and procedural innovation and to explore the innovative mode of energy development in new situation. With this purpose, SCEC is established to promote the research and industry development of clean energy and to realize the sustainable development of energy resources.
