Jiutai Energy Group located in Luozhuang Industry Park in Linyi High-tech Industry Development Zone, Shandong Prov. was incorporated in 2002 as a state-level high-tech enterprise dedicating in production of the clean energy – DME (Dimethyl Ether). Presently, we have formed an annual capacity of 1,000,000 tons of DME and 250,000 tons of Methanol and become the largest DME production enterprise in the world with many subsidiaries in Linyi of Shandong Province,
Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu Province, as well as Inner Mongolia and Guangzhou, etc.. Up to the end of 2007, our Group had owned more than 1700 employees and the market capitalization had reached RMB 12 billion.

DME is a novel clean energy with strategic significance, which is widely used. Under the present energy structure of “abundant coal and scarce oil and gas” in our country, to fully take advantage of the domestic coal abundance to develop the clean energy DME is of momentous current significance and farreaching historical significance for realizing the energy strategy of energy diversification and ensuring the energy security and environment in our country.
