Principal Business
With the SYSTAIC Energy Roof, SYSTAIC is offering a total coverage, homogenous and thereby highly aesthetic complete solution for roofs of any shape. The SYSTAIC Energy Roof has photovoltaic and solar thermal functions. With the Landsberg-based Webasto Solar, a joint venture with the automotive supplier Webasto AG, SYSTAIC Automotive specializes in the development and mass production of solar roofs for the automobile industry and is the only mass producer worldwide of solar roofs for automobiles. With its experienced team of engineers, architects and technicians, SYSTAIC Planning & Engineering is a preferred partner of professional project developers for design planning and engineering of solar power plants of any magnitude.
It handles the planning, feasibility analysis and project planning of outdoor solar power projects and develops solutions for special automotive or building applications. For partners from the finance and real estate industry, the SYSTAIC Solar Power Plants business division installs turnkey solar power plants at home and abroad. For business customers and investors, it builds and operates large photovoltaic plants with a nominal output of at least 45 kWp for roof systems and up to 20 MWp for outdoor plants at locations throughout Europe.
PV activities
The SYSTAIC Energy Unit is a patent-pending world first. It is the basic component for the SYSTAIC energy-generating roof. The "energy unit" consists of one polyurethane-encased PV laminate that fits tightly into a steel mold and which also incorporates a novel cableless and screwless mounting and wiring technology as well as the SYSTAIC sense- and-send technology. The innovative system technology and the SYSTAIC Service guarantee a maximum energy yield. The combination of an electronic monitoring system integrated into the energy units - a novelty on the market - and 24/7/ maintenance service 356 days a year allows SYSTAIC to guarantee an energy production yield in kilowatt hours over a term of 24 years.
