ESI was established in 1997 and is 100 % owned by Dr. C. Philipp. ESI has 6 employees at its headquarter in Munich, Germany. ESI has a sales office in France and a marketing and sales representative in Japan.

Principal Business
ESI is offering marketing and sales support to Asian module manufacturers which are selling or want to sell their solar modules in Europe. ESI is completely independant from any individual manufacturer or other companies. The main activity of ESI is to establish business contact between the Asian manufacturers and European system integrators or wholesalers. Due to over 15 years of business experience with Asian companies (and respective language skills), ESI is well known by several big PV manufacturers and engineering companies.

PV activities
ESI's main PV activities are in marketing and sales of thin-film modules. We belief that thin-film technology has a bright future in PV.
