China Wind Energy Equipment Association
Chinese Wind Energy Equipment Association is a guild composed by enterprises of wind energy equipment and components manufacturer, trading, consulting and service corporations, R&D organization, scientific researching academes, college and university and social groups. It’s a nonprofit branch organ of Chinese agricultural Mechanical Industrial Association, acts as bridge between government and enterprises. The main working scope is as follows:1. Investigate and study about operation and reform of technical advancement and industry regroup in wind energy equipment industry. Provide to government for drawing up industry development plan, industry policy, technology policy, law and regulation, development and reform of industry.
2. Collect, analyze and publish industry information. Tracing trends of marketing and technology for wind power equipment in domestic and overseas, forecasting the market. Offer information to government, enterprises, members and agency organizations.
3. Organize drawing up and modifying national standards, industrial standards and technical criterion of wind energy equipment industry. Organize implementation of national policies and regulations about standardization. Organize propagandizing and implementation standards and submit relative proposal.
4. Organize technical exchange and cooperation, and promote adopting of new product, advanced technology, new process and new material among enterprises. Offer technology consulting and service for enterprises and promote technical progress of industry.
5. Organize international technology and trade exchange, organize communication between relative foreign associations and domestic enterprises. Authorized by government, organize, co-ordinate and undertake domestic and overseas exhibition and trade fare, providing service to enterprise in developing domestic and overseas market.
6. Assist relevant department to investigate status related to member benefit and industry benefit, advising policy suggestion, and vindicate legal right of whole industry and consumers. Assist government to preserve regular economic running order and promote fair competition among enterprises, organize member to carry out activity to preserve their right.
7.Investigate and research status of industry staff and advise enterprises and government to enhance staff capability. Organize exchange and training of
human talents in home and overseas based on needs.
8. Publish and issue magazines, documents, organize propaganda and exchange activity among enterprises.
9. Undertake jobs entrusted by government and association, provide service required by member.
