Investitions- und Marketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH (IMG) is the business location and marketing agency of Saxony-Anhalt. IMG staff provide all services related to new business siting. In addition, we are marketing Saxony-Anhalt both nationally and internationally and developing tourism concepts.

Since 1996, the IMG Business Location Team has contributed to creating and safeguarding more than 14,000 jobs and realising of investments in excess of EUR 3 billion.

The Location Marketing Team started a supra-regionally acclaimed PR campaign "We start our days earlier!" in 2005. The Tourism Team has developed prestigious brand pillars since 2000, including "Road of Romanesque", "Blue Ribbon" and "Garden Dreams".

The state of Saxony-Anhalt is the sole shareholder of IMG. Dr. Reiner Haseloff, Minister of Economy and Labour, is chairman of the IMG supervisory board.
