China Wind Systems
China Wind Systems Inc. ("China Wind System", the "Company") was founded in 1995 and supplies forged products and industrial equipment to the wind power and other industries in China. The company's newly finished state-of -art production is equipped with a 4500ton hydraulic press and a 6.3 meters ring folling mill for total capacity to produce 40000 tons of rolled rings (up to 6.3 meters in diameter), flanges, shafts, and gear rims annually. In addition, the Company has capacity to produce 8000tons annually of forged rolled rings up to 3 meters in diameter. China Wind Systems plans to install a 50 ton electro-slag re-melted furnace which would have annual capacity of 6000 tons. China Wind Systems is headquatered in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China and its common stock is publicly traded in the United States under the ticker symbol CWSI.OB.
