DFN is located at Economic Development Zone, Donggang City, Liaoning Province. The land area is 200,000 m2 and the construction area is more than 60,000 m2 for the first stage. The heavy major equipment includes the following: imported Φ7000mm and Φ 4000mm heavy ring rolling mills; 6000ton、3600ton and 3000ton oil hydraulic presses; more than 30 sets of industrial furnaces; more than 40 sets of large horizontal lathes、CNC VTLS、CNC drilling machines and various imported inspection and checking instruments. The designed annual capacity for rings and shafts is 150,000 tons, which consists of the following products: wind tower flanges, gear rims, slewing bearing rings, and rotor shafts, etc.
