PromoMadrid

PromoMadrid, Desarrollo Internacional de Madrid, S.A., is a publicly-funded company that is dependent on the Madrid Regional Ministry for Economy and Finance (Consejería de Economía y Hacienda de la Comunidad de Madrid). It was created in 2004 and its main shareholders are the Madrid Institute of Development (IMADE), Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Madrid), the Madrid Business Federation (CEIM) and the Madrid Savings Bank (Caja Madrid).

The main purpose of PromoMadrid is the promotion and international development of the Madrid Region. To achieve this goal, it develops activities that encourage trade and outward investment of local companies in markets abroad as well as activities that attract and consolidate foreign direct investment in the region. To support its mission, PromoMadrid also develops activities that enhance the image of the Madrid Region internationally.
