Baoding Huide Wind Power Engineering Co., Ltd engages in developing and manufacturing MW wind turbines. In 2005, Baoding Huiyang Aviation Propeller Factory introduced the foreign technology of FL1000KW wind turbine and established Baoding Huide Wind Power Engineering Co. with the registered capital of 150,000,000RMB. At present, the first plant and office building of the company has been put in to use and the construction for the second stage is under taking.The enterprise is specialized in developing, manufacturing and assembling MW wind turbines, offering after-sale service and import and export business. The company locates in Baoding National High-tech zone with the annual yield of 200 units FL1000 wind turbines. 2.0MW wind turbine series are under trial-manufacturing and will be put into the market in 2009.
Product Advantage
The FL1000 wind turbine introduced by Huide is the most reliable MW Wind Turbine systems proven by practical operation .The integrative design of gearbox and main shaft guarantees the connecting accuracy of the drive system. Water cooling asynchronous generator can effectively lower the coil temperature in the generator . Since the grid-connected wind turbine appeared, the stall control technology developed into perfect and mature during 20-year development, which provides the wind turbine with high reliability and long service life. FL1000 wind turbine is a cost-effective machine with high availability.
After introduction of the technology, Huide accomplished the nationalization of components and improved the machine against low temperature successfully. The cold-version FL1000 wind turbine can operate well in -40℃ situation which is suitable to the area with extreme low temperature, high elevation，strong wind and sand and seaside etc. The service life of the machine and all key components is more than 20 years and the localization rate achieves more than 89%.
In June, 2006, Huide engineers and technicians erected the first FL1000 wind turbine in Xianren Island, Yingkou. At present, the machine is running with normal data and the recorded maximum wind speed is 35m/s. The statistic and analysis shows that the performance of FL1000 meets the design requirements and the power curve is better than the original one from Germany, especially at low wind speed, The aerodynamic noise of the blade is less than other similar wind turbine. Thanks to the dynamic reactive compensation that the power factor of FL1000 keeps at 0.98 to 1 all the time. Comparing with other wind turbine in the same wind park, our FL1000 has equivalent output to the 1.3 MW imported wind turbine. The output of FL1000 is much more than other wind turbine and has outstanding cost-effective and mature technology experience, which meets actual demands and commercial objective from home and abroad.
Marketing Information
In January 2007, Huide signed a supply contract of 20 units wind turbines with a wind park in Yantai. At present, this project has been completed successfully in May,2008.
In March 2007, Huide signed a supply contract of 10 units wind turbines with a wind park in the US, which is the first exportation of MW wind turbines made in China. The project has been completed successfully in May,2008.
In June, 2006, the first FL1000 wind turbine manufactured by Huide connected to the grid successfully in Yingkou, China. It is the first wind turbine in China with the nationalization rate of 75%.
