Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co.Ltd （former Wuzhong instrument and meter plant）was established in 1959. It’s a leading state-appointed fixed enterprise in manufacturing automatic control valve and its components. The company is mainly engaged in the three main areas: automatic meter manufacturing, wind power generating, and wind power generating equipment manufacturing. It went public in Zhenzhen Stock Exchange Corporation in 1998, the stock of which was named “Yinxing Energy” (stock code: 000862). NingXia Power Generating Group co., Ltd is now the biggest stockholder in the board of directors of Ningxia Yinxing Energy Co., Ltd..The headquarter was located in Yinchuan (the capital of Ningxia autonomous region) high-tech development zone, with the Yellow River in the East and Helan Mountain in the west. The transportation there is also very convenient, with airways, railways, and expressways can lead you to any destination. The company has four functional department and a Property Management Company, which were belong to “Wuzhong Meter” and “Wind power generating component equipment”, five stock-holding companies and one joint-stock company. The registered capital fund was 2,3589 billion yuan, has employed 1.655 staff, and 389 engineering technician. During the Eleven Five project, the company strengthened its automatic meter manufacture and further developed wind power generating and component manufacturing, with an ultimate goal of realizing a 250million yuan year turnover in 2010.
