Chinese government always puts great attentions on development and utilization of new energy and renewable resource. Exploring new energy and improving recycling economy are crucial ways to build conservation-minded and environment-friendly society and to implement the idea of sustainable development. For the purpose of fulfilling the policy of Constructing Conservation Culture raised by our nation, the target of the 11th Five-year Plan specialized in the energy environmement, positively creating and popularizing the technologies of energy saving,substitution and cyclic utilization, accelerating the rate of technical reform for saving energy, encouraging manufacture and use of energy-saving products, environment-friendly automobiles, energy and earth saving buildings and forming a healthy and resource-economize consumption pattern, China High-tech Industry Commission, National solar photovoltaic products for Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, China Biomass Energy Association, China Architecture Design & Research Group Building Energy Engineering Center, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) Construction Industry Commerce Chamber together with China Energy Conservation Association cosponsored the 2nd China International New Energy & Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Exhibition 2010 which will be held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center on March 16th-18th ,2010.
