US climate bill: lukewarm reactions from green industry, COP 15

Last weeks climate change bill will not ad additional momentum to development of renewable energy, green power industry fears.
At least 15 percent of US power supply will come from renewable energy sources, primarily wind and solar, by 2020 according to the climate change bill which was approved by the House of Representatives last week. This ambition is too modest to really speed up renewable energy, green power industry claims.
