Here are the least and the most climate friendly G8 countries, COP 15

Among the world’s so called G8 economies, Canada and Russia are making the least effort to cut their emissions of greenhouse gases according to a new study commissioned by large German insurance company Allianz SE and global conservation group WWF.
“Since the US has moved out of the bad-boy status, Canada and Russia have become the bullies of the climate change process,” comments Angela Anderson, Program Director of the US Climate Action Network, according to news agency Bloomberg.
