Danfoss produces a new generation of VLT® advanced harmonic filters, Danfoss

A new generation of VLT® Advanced Harmonic Filters (AHF) has been developed to replace the successful VLT 5000 Advanced Harmonic Filters rangeThe new filters have been presented to the market at the SPS exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany in November 2009 and will be released in February 2010.
The new generation is designed for and thoroughly tested with the VLT Frequency Converter series drives. The harmonic mitigation performance remains the same as for the existing versions with 5% and 10% THiD.
